General conditions

During the provision of services, the client must carry a valid photo ID, such as a national ID and/or driver's licence.

Rescheduling the booked date with less than 24 hours' notice will invalidate the reservation with no refund of amounts paid.

For services that include complimentary travel for children, the age considered is between 5 and 10 years. If the child does not meet this rule, you must purchase an adult ticket. The child must sit on the responsible adult's lap when complimentary (0–4 years).

The service operator reserves the right to cancel the trip, which it will do with advance notice, except in the event of fortuitous events or force majeure, in which case the trip may be cancelled at any time.

If you do not show up at the scheduled time and date, the service will be cancelled automatically and your reservation will be treated as a no-show.

Weather conditions

  • Regardless of weather conditions, the service will run as normal. Cancellation will only be made in cases of force majeure, and the client will be informed as soon as possible.

Other information

  • Personal data registered on the website is used only for booking the contracted services.
  • You have until 24 hours before the service to cancel the contracted service without any deduction.

Cancellation will not be allowed in the following cases:

When the service has already been used;

When the time between purchase and the service date is less than 24 hours; the client is hereby informed of this right;

When the period for using the services has ended without the client having used them;

When any of the requirements set out here for cancellation are not met;

When the client has partially used the contracted services.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 (three) business days from approval of the cancellation request.
